- It starts with our IT industry experience. Our owner, Bill Bradley, is a 30 year veteran in the IT business with a resume that includes ownership, executive management, and business development. He understands what you need in a candidate as he has hired and fired the type of individuals you are looking for.
- Most importantly, we work with the client to thoroughly understand the open position so we have the best chance to succeed in identifying the best candidate. We will spend time with you to understand what you are looking for beyond the job description…intangibles.
- We then do our research to identify the best candidates for the position. Mostly passive candidates that are not looking for a new job. We do not use job boards such as DICE and Monster.
